Aristo pro­motes prop­er­ties and Cyprus life at Rus­sia fair

Aristo De­vel­op­ers kicked off the 2015 in­ter­na­tional ex­hi­bi­tion sea­son with a suc­cess­ful pres­ence at the Novosi­birsk Real Es­tate Expo in Rus­sia, which took place last month, wel­com­ing 25 com­pa­nies from seven coun­tries.

Aristo’s wide pres­ence with projects across the is­land was a key at­trac­tion for both in­di­vid­ual buy­ers and in­vestors.

Fur­ther to pre­sent­ing Aristo’s prop­erty port­fo­lio, rep­re­sen­ta­tives also utilised the op­por­tu­nity to pro­mote Cyprus’ at­trac­tions and com­pet­i­tive ad­van­tages such as its Mediter­ranean life­style and cul­tural le­gacy, as well as its per­ma­nent res­i­dency and nat­u­ral­i­sa­tion schemes, ed­u­ca­tional fa­cil­i­ties and tax and legal sys­tem.

Pam­bos Char­alam­bous, Aristo’s rep­re­sen­ta­tive in Rus­sia, who led the del­e­ga­tion, com­mented: “The is­land boasts an ex­cep­tional prop­erty mar­ket and of­fers a se­ri­ous prospect for prop­erty buy­ers with its re­al­is­tic routes for ob­tain­ing per­ma­nent res­i­dency and cit­i­zen­ship, as well as its ed­u­ca­tional op­por­tu­ni­ties avail­able to all for­eign stu­dents through public and pri­vate ed­u­ca­tional in­sti­tu­tions.”
