Myr­i­ant­housa well­ness spa opens in Kalopanayi­o­tis

Dur­ing his re­cent visit to in­au­gu­rate ma­jor public in­fra­struc­ture projects in Kalopanayi­o­tis, Pres­i­dent Ni­cos Anas­tasi­ades also opened the ‘Myr­i­ant­housa’ spa and well­ness cen­tre lo­cated within the Casale Panayi­o­tis.

The cen­tre takes its name from the Se­tra­chos river that runs down the Marathassa val­ley which boasts the “myr­iad an­thi” (myr­iad of blos­soms) de­riv­ing from the cherry, ap­ple and al­mond trees all around.

The vil­lage is also known from older times for its ther­mal and min­eral sources, used for heal­ing pur­poses and in re­cent decades bot­tled for con­sump­tion.

The well­ness cen­tre and spa in­cludes hy­drother­apy and mud ther­apy, sauna and steam ther­apy, a ‘nat­u­ral snow’ room, as well as re­lax­ation rooms.

Nat­u­ral prod­ucts widely used in­clude honey, re­gional grapes, eu­ca­lyp­tus, olive and al­mond oil, as well as cit­rus essence oils and herbs from the wider Troo­dos area.

The cen­tre is fully equipped and is op­er­ated by qual­i­fied staff for ses­sions of per­sonal calm, body and spirit har­mony, well­ness and re­vi­tal­i­sa­tion.

A stay at any of the 26 agro­tourism units at the Casale Panayi­o­tis can now be com­bined with ses­sions at the well­ness cen­tre and spa, while out­door ac­tiv­i­ties in­clude a
