The In­ter­net war was well un­der­way with state­con­trolled Cyta cut­ting off vi­tal lines to Lo­gosNet, the new al­ter­na­tive provider owned by the Church, while Fran­coudi & Stephanou said it wanted the keys to help im­prove Li­mas­sol port, ac­cord­ing to the Cyprus Fi­nan­cial Mir­ror is­sue 126, on Septem­ber 6, 1995.
