Tax blow from Gor­don, CAIR scraps com­mis­sions

Gor­don Brown an­nounced a host of new tax mea­sures that could af­fect in­her­i­tance tax plans for those domi­ciled in the UK or Cyprus, while Cyprus Air­ways said it was scrap­ping com­mis­sions and would bur­den pas­sen­gers with a ‘ser­vice charge’ of CYP 1012, ac­cord­ing to the is­sue 665, on April 5, 2006.
