Li­mas­sol Del Mar sees 40% of prop­erty sold, con­struc­tion to start “in a few weeks”

Sales of the apart­ments on build­ings A and B have al­ready reached 40%, record­ing an un­prece­dented mo­men­tum for Li­mas­sol Del Mar. Ac­cord­ing to the Mar­ket­ing Man­ager of the project, Eleft­he­ria Voskari­dou, this sig­nif­i­cant per­cent­age in pre-sales con­sti­tutes a mar­ket record, tak­ing into con­sid­er­a­tion the short pe­riod of time in which it was ac­com­plished. This con­firms the es­ti­mates that the award-win­ning project will quickly evolve into one of the most pop­u­lar res­i­den­tial des­ti­na­tions and com­mer­cial in­vest­ments in Cyprus.

This re­mark­able suc­cess of Li­mas­sol Del Mar, which was at­tained three years prior to the com­ple­tion of the project’s phase I, is as­cribed for its unique ar­chi­tec­ture, lo­ca­tion, quality fin­ishes and fa­cil­i­ties, and keen pre­con­struc­tion prices; at­tributes that are ideal to any po­ten­tial owner.

Li­mas­sol Del Mar is lo­cated in the heart of the coastal prom­e­nade.
