• Make the meatballs by adding the 500g mince, egg and breadcrumbs into a bowl and mix. Use your hands to form nice solid meatballs. • Cut the bottoms and tops off your onions; they become cute little shells for your meatballs. After you make your meatball mixture, which you can customise to your liking, the base of your bomb has been completed. • Season your meatballs with your preferred spice or BBQ sauce. • Make sure you don’t make your meatballs too big and be sure it fits into your onion shell. • Take the streaky bacon and wrap it around your onion-shell-meatball. You can fasten the bacon with a single toothpick to keep it from unravelling during cooking. • Bake the MOB Bombs at 180 degrees Celsius (oven) for 20 minutes. On an open fire, cover individually in foil and for 15 - 20 minutes turning them regularly.
