Sorouh De­vel­op­ments re­veals En­trada project at Cityscape

Sorouh De­vel­op­ments Com­pany pre­sented its lat­est project, En­trada, in the New Ad­min­is­tra­tive Cap­i­tal dur­ing the Cityscape Egypt Real Es­tate Ex­hi­bi­tion, held at the Egypt In­ter­na­tional Ex­hi­bi­tion Cen­tre in New Cairo, in the pres­ence of ma­jor real es­tate de­vel­op­ers.The En­trada project will be es­tab­lished on an area of over 72 fed­dans in the new cap­i­tal’s R-7 area in front of the In­ter­na­tional Ex­hi­bi­tion City.

Walaa Alami, a mem­ber of Sorouh’s board of di­rec­tors, said that En­trada will in­clude res­i­den­tial build­ings on ar­eas rang­ing from 120 sqm to 220 sqm at prices start­ing from EGP 8,800 per sqm, with pay­ment in­stal­la­tions over pe­ri­ods of up to 10 years.

Alami added that the project will in­clude reg­u­lar apart­ments, du­plexes, and pent­houses, with the pos­si­bil­ity of pur­chas­ing them fully fur­nished.There will also be a com­mer­cial area of 1.3 sqkm. He noted that the project is de­signed in the Euro­pean style to pro­vide ad­di­tional spa­ces in front of the build­ings sur­rounded green ar­eas.

En­trada is a Span­ish word mean­ing gate­way. The project’s name re­flects its main ob­jec­tive to be a gate­way to the fu­ture and a new life style. In ad­di­tion, the ac­tual lo­ca­tion of the project lies at the en­trance of the New Ad­min­is­tra­tive Cap­i­tal.
