The market for personal computing devices is constantly changing, especially the smartphone sector, due to competition between various manufacturers, especially in China.

At the global level, Chinese companies dominate the list of the largest smartphone makers, coming in third after Samsung and Apple. Huawei leads the growth in sales and market share of Chinese companies. In Egypt, Samsung still controls the largest share of sales, but its market share continues to decline as its share of mobile sales in Egypt reached 40% compared to 42% in December.

Huawei is still working to narrow the gap with Samsung by increasing its market share to 14% in February. Apple achieved growth in its iPhone sales in Egypt to reach a market share of 13.7% last month, pressuring Huawei, which ranks second.

Lenovo, Xiaomi, Motorola, Infinix, and Tecno are still working to boost their sales.

Daily News Egypt presents to you the changes witnessed in the mobile phons and personal computing device market during the month of February.
