Status of State of Natural Disaster Review Today
30-day declaration period is expected to end today; it may continue, says NDMO
The State of Emergency declaration for Fiji may be continued after a review as the 30- day period ends today. This will be confirmed by the National Disaster Management Office (NDMO). Minister for Health and Medical Services, Jone Usamate during his visit to Vanuabalavu Island in Lau last Friday said: “From the Health Ministry side, we are now focusing on public health.
