Ten­ancy Agree­ment

A ten­ancy agree­ment can end or ter­mi­nated by no­tice in writ­ing un­der one of the fol­low­ing con­di­tions-

The ten­ant wants to move out of the premises;

The land­lord wants the prop­erty re­turned for per­sonal use;

The ten­ant has bla­tantly breached a pro­vi­sion or pro­vi­sions of the ten­ancy agree­ment;

The ten­ant has de­faulted in rent for a pe­riod of one month;

The ten­ant has used the premises for any il­le­gal or im­moral pur­poses;

The ten­ant has con­verted the use of the premises with­out the con­sent of the land­lord;

The premises has been dam­aged due to neg­li­gence of ten­ant or a nat­u­ral dis­as­ter;

The prop­erty has been sold or trans­ferred to a new owner;

A no­tice of clo­sure is­sued by the mu­nic­i­pal coun­cil where the prop­erty is lo­cated;

By a court dec­la­ra­tion.
