Aust and NZ Per­son­nel farewelled

The Repub­lic of Fiji Mil­i­tary Forces (RFMF) farewelled the Aus­tralian and New Zealand De­fence Force per­son­nel last Fri­day at the Queen El­iz­a­beth Bar­rack, Of­fi­cers Mass in Nabua. Work­ing with the RFMF per­son­nel for al­most two months, the ADF has de­liv­ered crit­i­cal aid sup­plies to the peo­ple of Fiji and helped to re­pair schools, com­mu­nity cen­tres and hos­pi­tals. Over the next week, around 200 ADF per­son­nel will re­turn to Aus­tralia. The ADF con­tin­gent Com­man­der Lieu­tenant Colonel Scott Hill, said: “We have made a lot of friend­ships that will en­dure well into the fu­ture.” Source: Aus­tralia in Fiji
