1PORK RIBS SAUCE- BLACK PEP­PER, SALT, SUGAR, VINE­GAR, KETCHUP, GAR­LIC POW­DER, OYSTER SAUCE AND MUSTARD POW­DER.

METHOD:

Grill the pork ribs for two hours be­fore­hand.

Af­ter that, rub the sauce onto it and grill it once more.

Grill for an­other 30-40 min­utes.

The bev­er­age to go with the meal would be gin­ger-lime juice or lemon-mint chiller.
