In­done­sians ar­rive To re­build QVS

The fi rst group of soldiers from the In­done­sian De­fence Force ar­rived last night to re­build Queen Vic­to­ria School. Colonel Ang­gara Sit­o­m­pul (De­fence At­tache) said: “About 100 troops will be in­volved in this work and 30 have ar­rived. “This is a good op­por­tu­nity for the two coun­tries to strengthen the bi­lat­eral re­la­tion­ship and the mil­i­tary co-op­er­a­tion.”

Colonel Sit­o­m­pul said the re­build­ing work was ex­pected to be com­pleted in six months time. “The build­ing equip­ment for the troops will be ar­riv­ing into the coun­try to­mor­row, while the build­ing ma­te­ri­als are ex­pected to ar­rive by the end of this month.”
