He was pre­vi­ously em­ployed at the Res­tau­rant Dif Redo in the City of Va­len­cia in Spain from 2005 – 2007.

He had a stint in Italy at the It­tolit­tos Bar and Res­tau­rant where he worked as a sous chef from 2007 – 2008. He later re­turned to his home city and started his own res­tau­rant known as “La Tasca Trat­to­ria” from 2008 – 2012 and a pizze­ria (pizza place) which was opened in 2014.
