Vic­to­ri­ans Un­beaten in Suva

Queen Vic­to­ria School Old Boys (QVSOB) re­mains un­beaten in the RC Manub­hai-spon­sored Suva Rugby Union Es­cott Shield com­pe­ti­tion with a com­fort­able 17-12 win over Lo­maiv­iti at Bidesi Park, Suva last Satur­day.

Af­ter a 7-6 lead at half­time, the Vic­to­ri­ans main­tained the mo­men­tum in the sec­ond half to win. In other in­ter­est­ing matches in the Premier Grade, Stal­lions de­feated Har­lequins 27-10, Rai­waqa beat Covenant 19-3, Na­tional Fire Au­thor­ity (NFA) de­feated Univer­sity of the South Pa­cific 48-7, Army de­feated Po­lice 23-17 and Navy de­feated Marist 33-20. War­dens on the other hand de­feated Su­vavou 43-10 to re­tain the CBS Power So­lu­tions Koro­turaga Cup.
