New Zealand based- Sitaleki Maka arrived at Nadi International Airport yesterday and indicated that he is ready to fight Junior Farzan Ali on Saturday.

“I’ve taken on this challenge and left no stones unturned for this fight,” the tough Tongan boxer said. “There is no turning back as I’ve made up my mind to fight Fiji’s best pound to pound boxer as that what they say about him. I don’t know much about him really. All I know is that he will keep coming forward, so hopefully I will get the job done much quickly.” Maka who is unbeaten after eight professional fights said he has been fighting in New Zealand for the past four years.

“It is going to be an awesome fight. I will get in there and have fun and do the job in the ring. I’m confident of a good outing this Saturday and again when I get in there I’m going to have fun.” Toe-2-Toe promoter Abdul Feroz said this is going to be the fight of the year and has urged boxing fans to be at Prince Charles Park on Saturday to watch this torrid encounter.
