Courts Fiji continues to grow its productivity by organising product training in brands they specialise in. STIHL export manager Fiji, Brad Catheart who facilitated the latest training said: “The training is about enhancing customer service. “This includes how to start the machine, basic maintenance procedures and confidence in selling products.”

He said customers should be fully satisfied and informed about STIHL products when they leave the store. Mr Catheart added the presentation included outdoor products like chain saw, brush saw whereby Courts staff will undergo practical work in the usage of products.

Courts Fiji Marketing Director, Anil Senewiratne, said they have received positive feedback in terms of customers service experience.

“Courts organised a Philips product training three months ago and also brought in a chef from Sinagapore to demonstrate on cookery applications,” he said.
