WOMEN, 19, STILL IN HOSPITAL AFTER FATALITY
A 19-YEAR-OLD WOMAN, WHO WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT LAST FRIDAY NIGHT, IS STILL ADMITTED AT THE COLONIAL MEMORIAL WAR (CWM) HOSPITAL IN SUVA.
The woman was in the vehicle driven by a 22-year-old man, who lost control of his twin cab and bumped a taxi in opposite lane while travelling to Nausori. The taxi driver, Anil Kumar, 47, died on Saturday morning from injuries sustained in the accident while on his way to Suva. The 22-year-old driver had been discharged from the hospital on Saturday. Police continue with their investigations.
