The Blu Brasserie has un­der­gone a new look and feel with new lunch and din­ner menus. The ar­rival of new Food and Bev­er­age Di­rec­tor Ger­rard McNa­mara, at the Radis­son Blu Re­sort has brought about a new twist. With menu items such as the ‘Big Blu Dou­ble Sauce Burger’, ‘Sticky Wings’ and ‘Belly Up’, the con­cept of the new menu launch is to make the en­vi­ron­ment in­ter­ac­tive and fun for the whole fam­ily. The lunch menu fo­cuses on Burg­ers, Sal­ads and small bites. The bev­er­age menu has ex­cit­ing and cre­ative cock­tails. Din­ner fo­cuses on a Greens and Grains Buf­fet fea­tur­ing sal­ads, an­tipasto, soups, condi­ments and ro­tis­serie veg­eta­bles. Guests then have the op­tion to pur­chase la carte bites such as curry crab, ribs or wings as well as grilled meats. Mr McNa­mara is ex­cited about the new con­cept. He said: “It is an ex­cit­ing time in F&B at the mo­ment and we are aim­ing to have the best F&B ex­pe­ri­ence on De­na­rau.”
