IN­GRE­DI­ENTS

60ml Gin­ger beer

30ml Sparkling wine

30ml Pas­sion­fruit pulp

45ml Ab­so­lut vodka vanilla in­fu­sion

18 ice cubes

Or­ange, meringue slice and re­hy­drated rasp­ber­ries for gar­nish

METHOD:

For the burger Patty:

Put all in­gre­di­ents into blender and blend for 30 sec­onds.

Once blended, pour into a mar­tini glass and add gar­nish to serve.
