Radradra faces six weeks on sideline

Fiji Sun - - Sports -

Embattled Parramatta star Semi Radradra is out for up to six weeks after suffering a knee injury in the Eels’ NRL win over the Sydney Roosters. In the same week the Eels winger pleaded not guilty to three counts of domestic violence against his ex-partner, Radradra was caught in an awkward tackle on a routine carry midway through the first half. He attempted to play on before succumbing to the far sideline and didn’t return.

“I’ve been told it’s a grade two medial so that’s anywhere from four to six, I’d say,” Eels coach Brad Arthur told Triple M. The loss of the two-time Dally M winger of the year is a huge blow to the Eels, who dropped to 12th on the ladder after officially being stripped of 12 competition points on Saturday for salary cap rorting dating back to 2013.
