The Reddy Group yesterday donated $25,000 for the ‘Road To Gold’ 7s rugby teams campaign. The presentation was made to Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama who is also the president of the Fiji Rugby Union yesterday.
“On behalf of the Reddy Group chairman, YP Reddy, directors and management of Tanoa Hotels and Clyde Equipment it gives us immense pleasure to relay our support to the Fijian rugby teams in the ‘Road to Gold’,” the Reddy Group statement said. “Reddy Group has continuously supported various community initiatives and this is another gesture of our commitment to national growth and reinforcement of our relationship with the Fijian Rugby Union. “Last year the company supported the FRU for the Rugby World Cup.
“The Fiji rugby team has tirelessly worked hard to bring pride to the country. Their patriotic behavior on the field cannot go unnoticed, hence it is our duty to encourage and give all possible provision to ensure our team’s sustenance. “We are very proud to be associated with the Fiji rugby team and will continue to show our kind support to Team Fiji in the coming years.”
