“I cannot believe I won as I only texted once. This is my first trip overseas. Thank you Vodafone for making my dream come true,” said Nawaibalavu, a staff nurse at Labasa Hospital. Mr Vakasilimiratu, who is a retired army officer, said: “I am really excited about this win. I get to see our teams at the biggest sporting event. Vodafone has given me the opportunity to see the Olympics games,
Vinaka Vodafone!” Vodafone’s chief marketing officer, Rajnesh Prasad said: “Being at the Olympics is a dream for many but not everyone gets the chance to be at the biggest sporting spectacle. We wanted to give our customers this once in a lifetime opportunity to go to Rio and witness Team Fiji games at the Olympics. “Our customers are important to us and we ensure that we always give back in a big way to them. This month will see more winners in our customers. We have just given $100,000 cash to our first PICK 6 Superdraw winner, then the two winners who are Rio bound, then we have 22 customers who will own Smart Entertainment package worth $12,000 each for our birthday promotion.” Mr Prasad congratulated the winners. “I wish to inform our customers that keep an eye out as there are more exciting promotions lined up as the year unfolds for our customers to look forward to,” he said.
