New York: New York City billionaire John Cat­si­ma­tidis is of­fer­ing a fi­nan­cial re­ward for in­for­ma­tion lead­ing to the ar­rest of ice cream shoplifters. The gro­cery store ty­coon and for­mer may­oral can­di­date took to Twit­ter to of­fer a bounty of US$5000 (F$10,252). He told the New York Post news­pa­per that thieves are steal­ing car­tons of ice cream in or­der to re­sell them to smaller shops, known as “bode­gas”. BBC
