CHICKEN BONE IN (ONE LEG ONE BREAST), CHILLI POWDER, SALT, YOGHURT, JEERA POWDER, GINGER GARLIC PASTE, GARAM MASALA, HALDI POWDER, LEMON JUICE, MUSTARD OIL, ONION CHOPPED, TOMATO, KASURI METHI, MAKHANI GRAVY, CASHEW NUT, WHIPPING CREAM, CHOPPED CORIANDER
Make the tandoori red masala, mix with chicken and roast in the tandoor. Take a heavy bottom pan put onion sauté it till golden brown, then add ginger garlic paste, kasuri methi, tomato and all powder spices. Then add makhani gravy, cook it for five minutes, then add chicken, cook with the gravy for two minutes. Chicken should be mix with the gravy nicely. After that finish with fresh cream and chopped coriander, serve with the naan or rice.
