CHICKEN BONE IN (ONE LEG ONE BREAST), CHILLI POW­DER, SALT, YOGHURT, JEERA POW­DER, GIN­GER GARLIC PASTE, GARAM MASALA, HALDI POW­DER, LEMON JUICE, MUSTARD OIL, ONION CHOPPED, TOMATO, KASURI METHI, MAKHANI GRAVY, CASHEW NUT, WHIPPING CREAM, CHOPPED CORIANDER

Method :

Make the tan­doori red masala, mix with chicken and roast in the tan­door. Take a heavy bot­tom pan put onion sauté it till golden brown, then add gin­ger garlic paste, kasuri methi, tomato and all pow­der spices. Then add makhani gravy, cook it for five min­utes, then add chicken, cook with the gravy for two min­utes. Chicken should be mix with the gravy nicely. Af­ter that fin­ish with fresh cream and chopped coriander, serve with the naan or rice.
