Mash the boiled potato, add corn flour salt and chopped coriander. Flat­ten then shape in round pat­ties and keep aside Heat oil on grid­dle tawa, keep the potato pat­ties on the hot oil in the tawa for fry­ing. Add haldi pow­der then put boiled peas and cook it for three min­utes. Take a plate put the ragda then pat­ties, Add sweet yoghurt, mint chutney, tamarind chutney and onion, tomato, coriander and seo, served it hot.
