Indigo In­dian Asian restau­rant

Chef: Head chef (In­dian Cui­sine) Ramesh Singh

Ex­pe­ri­ence: 16 years ex­pe­ri­ence in this line. First nine years he worked in restau­rants in In­dia, then six years spent in the star ho­tels in In­dia in places like Dehradun, Mumbai, Pune, Goa.

He joined Indigo Restau­rant in Port De­na­rau last year.

Back­ground: Orig­i­nally from Ut­trak­hand which is in North In­dia, this state is fa­mous for tourism. In­spi­ra­tional chef: San­jiv Kapoor.

Cook­ing books: Not any spe­cial only re­lated to the nor­mal cook­ing.

Favourite tools: Knife, Spat­ula, Peeler, Pan, Wok etc.

Favourite dish: Chicken Changezi. He loves his veg­eta­bles His spe­cial­ity: Curry and ke­bab. Meal: Ragda pat­ties
