Method :

Wash peel and grate the car­rot. Cook with milk in the pan to­gether, con­tinue sim­mer and cook, stir in be­tween. Af­ter 15 to 20 min­utes add cardamom pow­der, su­gar and ghee. When the mix­ture has al­most

dried then adds con­densed milk (mawa) and dry nuts. Stir and cook 2-3 min­utes. For a good pre­sen­ta­tion take a mar­tini glass, put halwa inside and one scoop vanilla ice cream on the top with crushed nuts and fresh mint leaves.
