Chantara Releases New ‘Super Food Menus’
Chantara on Radisson Blu Resort, Denarau, is well known for its authentic Thai dining experience. Now adding an exciting new ‘sper food’ breakfast to its repertoire. They are also providing a Thai inspired lunch tapas menu, ideal for a relaxed weekend feel. Food and Beverage director Gerrard McNamara said the new super food breakfast menu focuses on healthy options and features a delicious selection of fresh organic juices. The breakfast menu also features a range of flavoursome waffles and pancakes.
“Our aim to promote a café style inspired atmosphere with enticing options for guests as well as the local community,” Mr McNamara said. Saturday/Sunday Tapas inspired lunch An extended sample of such dishes is available at Chantara on Saturday and Sunday. The menu includes dishes such as Soft Shell Crab Rice Paper Rolls and Sticky Pork Ribs. The menu is paired with Sam Miranda King Valley wines making it an afternoon of relaxation.
