Chan­tara Re­leases New ‘Su­per Food Menus’

Chan­tara on Radis­son Blu Re­sort, Denarau, is well known for its au­then­tic Thai din­ing ex­pe­ri­ence. Now adding an ex­cit­ing new ‘sper food’ break­fast to its reper­toire. They are also pro­vid­ing a Thai in­spired lunch tapas menu, ideal for a re­laxed week­end feel. Food and Bev­er­age direc­tor Ger­rard McNa­mara said the new su­per food break­fast menu fo­cuses on healthy op­tions and fea­tures a de­li­cious se­lec­tion of fresh or­ganic juices. The break­fast menu also fea­tures a range of flavour­some waf­fles and pan­cakes.

“Our aim to pro­mote a café style in­spired at­mos­phere with en­tic­ing op­tions for guests as well as the lo­cal com­mu­nity,” Mr McNa­mara said. Satur­day/Sun­day Tapas in­spired lunch An ex­tended sam­ple of such dishes is avail­able at Chan­tara on Satur­day and Sun­day. The menu in­cludes dishes such as Soft Shell Crab Rice Pa­per Rolls and Sticky Pork Ribs. The menu is paired with Sam Mi­randa King Val­ley wines mak­ing it an af­ter­noon of re­lax­ation. Through­out the week, Chan­tara of­fers en­tic­ing Thai in­spired lunch op­tions, fo­cus­ing on us­ing lo­cal or­ganic pro­duce to en­hance Thai flavours. Edited by Jonathan Bryce
