V Mware, a leader in virtualisation and cloud infrastructure, says it is committed to providing transformative technologies to Fijian customers. VMware Country manager, New Zealand and Pacific Islands, John Drayton, they hope to reduce the reliance and costs associated with physical hardware in Fiji. VMware did a presentation the past week at Holiday Inn Suva during a Datec Business Continuity Event. Mr Drayton said: “Through our partnership with Datec, we are delivering next generation solutions like Virtual SAN and NSX straight to the heart of the business.
“This is to relieve the burden of traditional IT systems and foster innovation in a virtualised world.
“Next generation technology is the engine room to propel businesses into the future. “Businesses in Fiji and around the world are continuing to make the shift. “That is to unburden themselves from the constraints of traditional hardware and look to solutions that drive their business forward.”
