While the price of a serve of fish and chips has gone down and the serves in­creased by an inch, I think some restau­rants are fool­ing cus­tomers by serv­ing flour and chips in­stead of fish and chips. I was hav­ing fish and chips for lunch at an eatery in Suva when we no­ticed that the fish was ac­tu­ally one per cent fish and 99 per cent flour. What a great les­son in­deed.
