The Solomon Islander who has maternal links to Tailevu is proud of her achievement. “I have five other siblings, my brother was the first person to compete in athletics last year “He took part in the zone but did not qualify for the Chow Games. I am happy I will be the first in the family to take part in the Chow Games. “I feel so proud and happy for my school. I’ve been expecting this and I know that this win will make my teachers happy and proud too. “I want to thank them for training me and my family for always supporting me and encouraging me to win.” Edited by Osea Bola
