iTaukei eater­ies – Déjà Vu Fi­jian Restau­rant – lo­cated in the heart of Nadi Town is im­ple­ment­ing new lo­cal cui­sine to its wide range of dishes. “This home­grown cook­ing style holds au­then­tic flavours and we go to lengths to catch the pro­duce be­fore it goes in the pot,” said di­rec­tor War­ren Mave. “It is rare nowa­days to get hold of cooks that have the au­then­tic style of cook­ing.”
