HOTEC, an opportunity to meet existing clients, prospects, says visitor
HOTEC Tradeshow is an opportunity to not only meet with prospects but with their existing customers. This was highlighted by the director Business Development, Hotels, for Oracle Hospitality Karim Sidrassi.
He said it is sometimes challenging visiting a lot of customers. “So we have invited our existing customers and prospects in this very event in the hope that we can present to them the benefits our solutions would bring to their business and provide them with tools to be more profitable,” Mr Sidrassi said. He said Oracle was part taking in the tradeshow after two years for the third time and were looking forward to showcasing their products to the interested. “The HOTEC tradeshow is very important. I believe that it is great to have a presence at this very tradeshow.” The Australian based company has around 30 customers in Fiji, mostly resorts and hotels on islands. “We as Oracle Hospitality already have a substantial amount of hotel customers ranging from the international major hotel chains, like Hilton to the smaller independent resorts.”
Oracle provides hospitality technology solutions, mainly hotel property management software for reservations, central reservation systems and also the restaurant systems.
