HOTEC, an op­por­tu­nity to meet ex­ist­ing clients, prospects, says vis­i­tor


HOTEC Tradeshow is an op­por­tu­nity to not only meet with prospects but with their ex­ist­ing cus­tomers. This was high­lighted by the direc­tor Busi­ness De­vel­op­ment, Ho­tels, for Or­a­cle Hos­pi­tal­ity Karim Sidrassi.

He said it is some­times chal­leng­ing vis­it­ing a lot of cus­tomers. “So we have in­vited our ex­ist­ing cus­tomers and prospects in this very event in the hope that we can present to them the ben­e­fits our so­lu­tions would bring to their busi­ness and pro­vide them with tools to be more prof­itable,” Mr Sidrassi said. He said Or­a­cle was part tak­ing in the tradeshow af­ter two years for the third time and were look­ing for­ward to show­cas­ing their prod­ucts to the in­ter­ested. “The HOTEC tradeshow is very im­por­tant. I be­lieve that it is great to have a pres­ence at this very tradeshow.” The Aus­tralian based com­pany has around 30 cus­tomers in Fiji, mostly re­sorts and ho­tels on is­lands. “We as Or­a­cle Hos­pi­tal­ity al­ready have a sub­stan­tial amount of ho­tel cus­tomers rang­ing from the in­ter­na­tional ma­jor ho­tel chains, like Hil­ton to the smaller in­de­pen­dent re­sorts.”

Or­a­cle pro­vides hos­pi­tal­ity tech­nol­ogy so­lu­tions, mainly ho­tel property man­age­ment soft­ware for reser­va­tions, cen­tral reser­va­tion sys­tems and also the restau­rant sys­tems.
