Chef Lee’s cuisine @ Victoria’s Apple
Victoria’s Apple restaurant, it is now a popular dine out spot in Downtown Nadi.
It is the first Singapore cuisine fine dining set up in the Jet Set town. The dishes originate from Singapore; where the restaurant’s Chinese chefs have created menus that are famous in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore and China as well.
One of its recipes is similar to that of traditional western steak – highly nutritious, the sauced meat has a high appetising smell, awesomely sweet taste with mild spices that make the steak temptingly delicious, through a simple way of cooking.
They also specialise in Fijian, Singaporian and Cantonese style dishes. They are open daily from 11am to 10pm.
