School holidays

Fiji Sun - - Comment - Kirti Patel, Lautoka

Now that the school academic year has come to the end, the safety of children is becoming a paramount issue. As usual once again the parents have to be very vigilant about the whereabouts of their children. This is the time when children will be full of excitement and in the playing and roaming mood. Everyone is aware of the mishaps taking place in the holidays and no one wants a continuing trend in such a manner. The children, hopefully when leaving home, should inform their parents of their movements.

The festive season is just round the corner and there will be an increase in traffic flow, not forgetting the drunkards at many places. The town will be busy and people should keep a close eye on their belongings as well. To the students who are eagerly waiting for their exam results, I wish you all the best. I hope everyone enjoys their holidays to the maximum, but safely. to give triple time when its actually time and a half.
