We have five Fi­jian play­ers cur­rently play­ing with our teams and our na­tional team is coached by a Fi­jian Usaia Bi­u­mai­wai. “The pres­ence the Fiji team here is an­other sign of the strong re­la­tion­ship be­tween the two coun­tries which we hope to de­velop even fur­ther, “he told Qatar Tri­bune Team cap­tain Osea Kolin­isau, who was re­cently in Doha to re­ceive the As­so­ci­a­tion Na­tional Olympic Com­mit­tee (ANOC) best male team at the Rio Olympics said; “Doha has an im­pres­sive cre­den­tials as a sports na­tion and hope­fully this will be a start of a long last­ing re­la­tion­ship with Qatar Rugby Fed­er­a­tion.
