A Royal Air Force Airbus from Britain was here
A Royal Air Force aircraft from England, Registration ZM400 Airbus A400M, flew out from the Nadi International Airport yesterday. The Airbus A400M, which was scheduled to arrive during the weekdays, landed at the Nadi airport last Saturday. The delay was a result of technical fault. The reason for its visit was not immediately available. The Airbus is a multinational four-engine turboprop military transport aircraft. It was designed by Airbus Military as a strategic/tactical airlift to replace older transport aircraft. Along with its transport role the A400M can perform aerial refueling and medical evacuation when fitted with appropriate equipment. This is believed to be the first time it has landed here.
