New-Look Nadi, Lautoka LTA Express Offices Soon
The Land Transport Authority (LTA) Suva Express Office is the first of a series of upcoming developments to enhance its services to the general public. And, the same service will be extended to other centres around the country in due course.
The authority will be refurbishing its offices in Nadi and Lautoka soon, confirmed the Minister for Employment, Productivity and Industrial Relations and acting Minister for Infrastructure and Transport, Jone Usamate.
“It gives me great pleasure to see that the LTA is steering in a new era for good governance, work standardisation and increased professionalism which is enhancing the quality of LTA’s delivery of customer services,” Mr Usamate said. He said over the years, there have been complaints about the authority and its processes. However, he said be rest assured that the LTA Board and executive management without any delay, applied immediate plans to change and strengthen its service delivery through changes in regulations, policies and procedures.
