Landlords should forgive tenants who can’t pay their rent. Right now with the coronavirus, many are out of jobs and the stay home policy doesn’t help any family.

All landlords should let tenants stay despite not paying their rent beause this virus created loss of jobs and loss of money, not your tenants. Also all landlords should pay monthly water and electric bills for all their tenants, and after the coronavirus when tenants are working again, they should be given a month of to pay their rent not the past rent because tenants also need money to feed their families.

But tenants should at least collect money as a token of gratitude and give it to their landlords.
