Frontliner sacrifices family time to fight COVID-19

Sulia Mulevoro (pictured with husband, former

Fiji Airways Fijian Sevens rep Emosi Mulevoro and daughter Lavinia) is spending a great deal of time away from her family.

This has been the case ever since she was seconded from the Ministry of Economy to the Ministry of Health and Medical Services (Incidental Management Team) during the battle against COVID-19.

She said she loved being called to the task.

“The biggest lesson I have learned is to never take things for granted. This pandemic has robbed us of the quality time that we need to spend with our loved ones, family and friends,” she said. But she unhesitatingly served with other frontliners in the continuing effort for the nation.

Tomorrow she hopes to spend Mother’s Day with her daughter.
