Fiji Sun - - WORLD NEWS -

Noumea: New Caledonia has shortened the mandatory isolation period for arriving travellers from three to two weeks. The government and the French High Commission decided to do away with the third week, which had been added in April as an additional measure against the Covid-19 pandemic.

Within New Caledonia all remaining restrictions after the lockdown were lifted at the start of this week but the borders remain shut except for returning residents and some French personnel.
