The Suva Mag­is­trates Court has ex­tended the bail for for­mer Fi­jian Hold­ings Lim­ited chief ex­ec­u­tive of­fi­cer, Nouzab Fareed. Mr Fareed ap­peared be­fore Chief Mag­is­trate Usaia Ratuvili charged with three counts of in­de­cent as­sault.

De­fence lawyer He­men­dra Na­gin told the court the Office of the Di­rec­tor of Pub­lic Pros­e­cu­tions had sought 28 days in or­der for them to speak to their wit­nesses.

The case was ad­journed to Au­gust 14.
