hamal Chand advises Courts customers to always keep their warranty documents safely.
The 34-year-old of Kuku Village in Bau, Nausori has been a customer of Courts the past 15 years. He was with his wife Artika Kumar at Courts in Nausori last week to take advantage of their 100 years anniversary sale.
“At times people forget the importance of keeping the warranty documents of the items they buy,” Mr Chand said. “Whenever I buy something from Courts, I always make sure that I keep the warranty documents.
“I always take pictures of them and keep them in my email. “I bought an exercise machine and after some time there was some issue and with a few calls I was able to get it fixed by the Courts technician.
“Maybe at the time of purchase the warranty documents may not seem important but when things like this happens it becomes handy.”
Mr Chand said Courts was his family’s preferred store. “Whenever I meet my family and friends, I always tell them about the sale that Courts are having,” he said.
“I have always been doing this. The reason I do this is because I also want my family and friends to take advantage of the great deal that Courts have to offer. “Courts have been my number one store to buy furniture and electrical appliances and I have never regretted making that choice.
“The services they provide is always up to standard and their staff members are always friendly and ready to answer any of the questions that we have.
“Courts have never disappointed me and I will always choose to buy from them.”
