Fill­ing: • Finely chop onion, gar­lic cloves, cel­ery, cap­sicum and car­rot. • Heat oil in a pot & add in the onion, let it sauté for about a minute then add the chopped gar­lic, cel­ery, cap­sicum & car­rot. Add Crest Chicken Supreme Mince to the rest of the in­gre­di­ents. • Mix­ing through thor­oughly, sea­son with salt & pep­per to taste. Add in the tin toma­toes and oys­ter sauce. • Add “Pick me up” sauce for colour & taste. Sim­mer for 5 - 8 mins. • To thicken, mix wa­ter and flour in a cup, pour into the pot and sim­mer un­til the mix has cooked through. Pour cot­tage pie fill­ing into a bak­ing dish and set aside. For the top: • Peel pota­toes, sweet pota­toes/ ku­mala and pump­kin, chop into chunks and boil them in a pot. • Drain the wa­ter when all the in­gre­di­ents are cooked. • Add in but­ter, salt & pep­per to taste and mash them all to­gether. Once all smooth in tex­ture, add in milk and mix through. • With a fork, spread mash over the cot­tage pie fill­ing gen­tly and sprin­kle grated cheese on top. • Bake in oven at 180ºC for 20 mins or un­til mash browns. Gar­nish with co­rian­der or spring onion.
