Pat­ties:

• In a bowl, place Crest Chicken Supreme Mince and sea­son with salt & pep­per. Add in chopped spring onions and shape into pat­ties. • Heat up your fry­ing pan and gen­tly add in your Crest Chicken Supreme Mince pat­ties. • Once they’re cooked through, take them out and place on a plate.

Sauce:

• Com­bine hoisin sauce, sweet chilli sauce and light soy sauce. Heat through in fry­ing pan. • Add Crest Chicken Supreme pat­ties into the sauce, mix­ing them through. Coleslaw: • Grate english cab­bage and car­rot, finely dice cap­sicum and com­bine all in a bowl with may­on­naise and mix well. • Toast your buns lightly, but­ter them and place pat­ties with coleslaw. Done!
