The 302 ki­lo­metres and more than 3500 hec­tares took up by the new South Eu­rope At­lan­tic High Speed Rail Line consti­tu­ted a rare “play­ground” for ar­cheo­lo­gists. The Mu­sée d'aqui­taine takes us to 50 ex­plo­ra­tion sites bet­ween Tours and Bor­deaux, tra­cing the oc­cu­pa­tion of the ter­ri­to­ries in bet­ween the two ci­ties, from Pre­his­to­ric times un­til now. Make your way th­rough se­ve­ral di­gi­tal ac­ti­vi­ties (tac­tile units, 3D film pro­jec­tions, an in­ter­ac­tive at­las, vir­tual rea­li­ty hel­mets etc.) in this ex­hi­bi­tion that has been la­bel­led as “of na­tio­nal in­ter­est”.
