6 PLACE DU PARLEMENT
Created in 1754 by decree of Bailiff Tourny, it was destined to host the royal marketplace. The name evokes the Bordeaux Parliament which was founded in 1462 and dissolved in 1790. Today, restaurant terraces and ice cream parlours share this elegant square, which features a fountain by Garros (1865).
