Toasts with cheese and cac­tus jam

400 g of Je­bli cheese, ri­cotta (or other sim­i­lar cheeses) 0.05 g of honey 0.05 g of nuts Chive Ar­gan oil Cac­tus jam 1 baguette

•Slice the bread and toast it in the oven.

•Mix the cheese with the honey, crushed nuts, chive and ar­gan oil.

•Place the jam on top of the toast, then add a scoop of cheese.
