Made from mo­lasses, dis­tilled in a col­umn still and aged in bour­bon casks. Nice pale am­ber robe and a nose of roasted hazel­nuts, vanilla, caramel in salted but­ter, co­coa and milk. The palate is well-bal­anced, light and smooth. The fin­ish is long with a slight touch of roast and pra­line. Can be en­joyed pure or in a cock­tail. 42€
